Kujawa was involved in strategic planning, development budgeting, land entitlements, subdivision layouts, environmental remediation issues, design and engineering documentation, and contract negotiation and coordination for development and construction of this $300 million development on the 6,500-acre estate surrounding the historic Greenbrier Hotel & Resort in West Virginia.  This luxury residential and private club community is comprised of 500 home sites in over 30 neighborhoods.  Club facilities and amenities include an 18-hole Tom Fazio golf course, 40,000 square foot member lodge with fine and casual dining, spa, pool and fitness/sports complex, 24-stall equestrian center, 12,000 square foot dining/sports facility, naturalist programs, sporting clays and fishing. 

Venetian Casino Resort

Kujawa provided on-site construction administration services for the five million square foot, $1.5 billion “City of Venice” themed hotel, casino and convention center complex, located on 51 acres fronting the Las Vegas strip.

Shi’ik Resort & Health Club

Kujawa directed all on-site architectural and engineering activities for a staff of 350 in building 136 low-rise residential units, recreational facilities, commercial, office and related structures within a 17-acre complex fronting the Persian Gulf in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

Lanai Company, Inc
Manager of Planning & Design

Kujawa provided land planning and development services for the $400 million development of the 89,000 acre island of Lanai, Hawaii, into a master planned resort community, that includes world-class luxury hotels, championship golf courses, conference centers and associated recreational and commercial facilities.
